Understanding God’s love and mercy in fear

Belief in Jesus Christ
Our Lead Apostle, Marc Leno visited the Samieta Congregation in the District of Lofa/Voinjama, where our brothers and sisters were filled with much joy and gratitude from our heavenly father. He elaborated on the topic : “Understanding the love of God at any point” He explained to us that Jesus’ action here isn’t just about physical healing; it signifies deeper and spiritual truths. The blind man represents all of us who may be spiritually blind at some point in our lives. We might not see the blessings surrounding us, or we may lack understanding about God’s love and mercy. When we are brought to Jesus, we have the chance to encounter his touch and be changed forever.

Our sights can be recovered, despite fear
The second touch from Jesus, which fully restores the man's sight,represents the deeper revelation and clarity that the disciples will eventually receive, particularly after the resurrection and the coming of the Holy Spirit.The healing process emphasizes that spiritual enlightenment often occurs progressively rather than instantaneously. Thisis a comforting and realistic portrayal of faith development for believers. This applies to all believers. Whenever we believe in our bearer of blessings and those sent by God to lead us, we are assured of recovering our lost sights. From a pastoral perspective, this miracle offers several valuable lessons. First, it reassures believers that spiritual growth is a process. Just as the blind man's sight was restored gradually, our understanding of God's will and purpose often unfolds over time. This encourages patience and perseverance in the faith journey.

The divine service concluded with warm fellowship
At the end of the Divine Service, brothers and sisters were able to interact with the Lead Apostle and they were grateful for the blessings through his servin.
